Infiheal, an IIT Bombay mental health startup, has launched DuoChat, described as the world’s first AI relationship coach designed to help two people communicate together in real time and build stronger relationships. The product was introduced at the official pre-summit hosted with IGAP ahead of the India AI Summit 2026 in New Delhi.

Built as an early-stage, preventative support tool, DuoChat creates a private and confidential shared space where two participants engage simultaneously, guided by AI prompts grounded in relationship science to reduce defensiveness, prevent escalation, and improve mutual understanding.

Founded by Srishti Srivastava and Utkarsh Srivastava, Infiheal previously launched Healo, now used by over one million people, advancing accessible and responsible AI-powered mental healthcare.
